This tool enables physicians and staff to view real-time updates on the status of requests and securely send all necessary documents. Routine referrals are processed within 48 to 72 hours, while urgent referrals are handled within 24 to 48 hours. Partners will no longer need to call to verify information, as confirmations are immediate.
