Randolph Siwabessy, Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President at UCI Health, has been named to Becker’s Hospital Review’s 2025 Academic Medical Center CFOs to Know list. Since joining UCI Health in 2021, Siwabessy has led transformative initiatives that include:
- Sustaining 15% annual revenue growth
- Leading a $975 million hospital acquisition, expanding UCI Health from one to five hospitals
- Advancing the $1.3 billion UCI Health – Irvine medical complex, featuring the nation’s first all-electric hospital
- Integrating revenue cycle functions across entities
- Updating a 10-year strategic financial plan to support system growth and value-based care
His leadership also supports the upcoming UCI Health Rehabilitation Hospital, opening in summer 2026, which will offer advanced therapies for brain injuries, dialysis, and more.
Siwabessy oversees finance for UCI Health, its physician enterprise, and the UC Irvine School of Medicine, making him a key figure in shaping healthcare delivery for over 5.6 million people across Orange County, western Riverside County, and southeast Los Angeles County.
