UCI Health has expanded its Physician Network by partnering with two top-tier physical therapy providers: Coury & Buehler Physical Therapy and California Rehabilitation and Sports Therapy (Cal Rehab). This strategic move enhances access to high-quality rehabilitation services across Orange County, addressing growing demand driven by aging populations, sports injuries, and chronic conditions.
Coury & Buehler PT operates 10 clinics across the region, while Cal Rehab, part of the Physical Rehabilitation Network, runs 35 locations throughout Southern California. Together, they offer personalized, hands-on care focused on pain relief, mobility restoration, and injury recovery.
This expansion complements the upcoming Rehabilitation Hospital, a 52-bed facility designed to treat stroke, brain and spinal injuries, and other complex conditions. The collaboration reflects UCI Health’s commitment to whole-person care, combining academic expertise with community-based rehabilitation to improve patient outcomes and quality of life.
