Ahmed Mohyeldin, MD, PhD discusses team approach to neurological care
Ahmed Mohyeldin, MD, PhD is a UCI Health neurosurgeon who specializes in skull base and endovascular cranial surgery. His clinical interests include pituitary surgery, brain tumors and neuro-oncology.
He earned his medical degree at George Washington University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C., followed by a neurosurgery residency at Ohio State University Hospital in Columbus, where he also completed a fellowship in skull base and minimally invasive cranial surgery. He completed a second fellowship in advanced skull base surgery at Stanford University School of Medicine in Palo Alto, California.
