One of the programs. That I think is one of the most substantial programs in Orange County when it comes to cardiovascular care is our structural heart disease program. And this entails again collaboration of the surgeons, the cardiothoracic surgeons with the cardiologist. This is a non-surgical way of replacing valves with the aortic valve. This is the trans catheter aortic valve replacement, which is tava. But more specifically, there are other valves that we work on. There is a special clip that can be used on the mitral and tricuspid valve, but even more unique than that at UCI Health is the availability of a tricuspid valve replacement. Actually we're only the 2nd you see to have this technology. We don't see this in any UC in Los Angeles or in San Diego and I think that shows how advanced we are with the care of our patients and disease and disease like structural heart disease. We also when it comes to heart rhythm disorders. We have a team of electrophysiologists who work with our surgeons. For hybrid atrial fibrillation ablation, which is fairly unique a few months ago we had a patient who had such severe problems that their cardiologists were not able to take care of that patient. Normally that patient would have had to be transferred either to LA County or San Diego County, which makes it tough for the patient and their families, but actually we were able to discuss and collaborate we reviewed all the testing via uh virtual meeting. We discussed with the cardiologists and we came up with a plan of action working with our cardiologists and our surgeons as well as our vascular surgeons. Our cardiothoracic surgeons were part of a case that involved our interventional cardiologist. The patient's own cardiologist came to observe the case and we actually had a successful structural heart uh problem which we fixed. The patient is now doing well and rather than having to be transferred away from Orange County, we're able to treat them here very close to the hospital and they left the next day. Uh, I think this is the ultimate care we want to provide our community.
